What You’ll Do

Create Visual Assets:
- Design infographics, diagrams, icons, and other graphical elements for research reports and presentations.
- Ensure visual clarity and brand consistency in style across all deliverables.
- Ensure visuals are accessible, scalable, and suitable for multiple formats.
- Information Visualization:
- Translate technical data and research findings into easy-to-understand visuals, using best practices from consulting and research firms to ensure insights are easy to understand and actionable.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with research analysts, content authors, and project managers to align graphics with report narratives, brand guidelines, and client needs.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the highest quality output.
- Design Software Proficiency:
- Use industry-standard design tools and related software to create and edit graphics.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting client deadlines and internal service level agreements.




- Stay Current with Industry Trends:
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends and tools in technical content visualization, including AI-powered graphic creation and interactive report features.

What You Bring
- Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of demonstrated experience creating infographics and data visualizations for technical or business topics, ideally within market research, consulting, or technology sectors.

A portfolio featuring work that meets the visual standards of leading market research, consulting, or technology firms.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in commonly used graphic design tools and Microsoft M365 software suite (including PowerPoint).
- Design Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience working with style guides and design systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
