Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate work among subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and specifications.
- Report defects and ensure prompt rectification.
- Maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Health & Safety:
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment on-site.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Act as the primary on-site contact between workers, subcontractors, and the main office.
- Provide daily or weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants as required.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain site records including deliveries, inspections, and daily logs.
- Prepare site reports,



incident logs, and photographic records.
- Assist in managing materials inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate development sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in basic computer tools (MS Office; familiarity with construction management software is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various site locations.

Work Workplace:
- Primarily field-based, with regular site visits and occasional office meetings.
- May require extended hours and weekend work based
