Key Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing and sales team in daily operational tasks.
- Prepare and update product presentations, marketing brochures, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update marketing data, client lists, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the design team for marketing collaterals, packaging, and branding requirements.
- Assist in quotation preparation, tender submissions, and follow-ups with clients.
- Conduct basic market research to identify recent opportunities or competitors.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, marketing, and production teams.
- Support in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in back office or marketing coordination within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and marketing operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
