The Solar PV Installer Course Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training in Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance. The trainer will ensure learners gain hands-on skills aligned with industry standards, safety norms, and national occupational standards (NOS/QP).

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Solar PV Installer curriculum as per NSQF / SSC / Skill India / State Skill Mission guidelines
- Explain solar PV concepts including:
- Basics of solar energy and PV technology
- PV modules, inverters, batteries, charge controllers
- DC & AC wiring, earthing, and protection systems
- Conduct hands-on sessions for:
- Site survey and shadow analysis




- Mounting structure installation (rooftop/ground-mounted)
- Electrical connections and system commissioning

Required Qualifications

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Renewable Energy / Solar Technology
- Equivalent technical qualification

Experience
- Minimum 0-2 years of hands-on experience in:
- Solar PV installation, commissioning, or O&M;

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
