Qualification: BE/BTech in CS, ECE, EE

Experience:8+ years of experience with Telecom / product-based companies.

Location: Bangalore/Chennai.

Skills:
- Hands on design, development, bring-up, debugging of photonic cards such as ROADMs, Optical Amplifiers, OTDR cards
- Deep understanding of DWDM architecture including an understanding of CDCF ROADMs, line ROADMs, DGEs involving both C and L-Bands of the spectrum.
- Experience leading teams involved in board bring-up, working with colleagues across geographies, cultures is a robust plus.
- Strong understanding of C++ language. Experience with GDB
- Experience working in distributed, multi-threaded systems

Roles and responsibilities:
- As a technical lead/architect,



the role will involve taking ownership of delivery of Photonic cards for the Apollo platform.
- Work will involve interfacing with product line marketing, systems architecture groups to give shape to the product requirements
- A significant part of the role will be leading software development team/teams to design, implement and deliver software required to produce the Photonic cards
- Role will also involve interfacing with peers in the hardware team, quality assurance (QA) team and the customer engineering teams.
