Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mathematics classes for children at the community learning center
- Provide remedial support aligned with school curriculum (primary and secondary level)
- Simplify mathematical concepts using activity-based and practical methods
- Support children in homework completion and exam preparation
- Maintain attendance, lesson plans, and basic progress records of learners
- Coordinate with the E-Community Program team for academic planning and reporting
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Ed. or teaching certification is an advantage
- Prior teaching experience (community or NGO experience preferred)
- Ability to engage first-generation learners with patience and clarity
- Robust communication skills in Hindi (basic English reading ability preferred)
Working Conditions
- Salary: ₹18,000 per month (fixed)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Location: E-Community Center (Program Area)
