THE CHANCE

CONTEXT:
Our Finance department, international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) and in full growth, is made up of around thirty experts. The person will be reporting to the Director, Accounting based in Pune.

ROLE:
Perform APAC region finance & accounting activities.



Assist in the monthly and year end closing process for various Ivalua Subsidiary which consists of account bookings and reconciliations. Assist to develop and manage compliance and controls within local and corporate requirements. Processing of vendor invoice and T&E; expense report and complete Payroll processing along with accounting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- Perform day to day accounting transaction activities related to bank, AP, Payroll etc.
- Processing of payroll for APAC region (India, Singapore & Australia)
- Processing of vendor invoice and T&E; report for APAC Region.
- Support to monthly / quarterly / year-end closing
- Prepare and control Intercompany Transactions.
- Perform monthly Balance sheet and expense account reconciliations.
- Support to prepare monthly and annual VAT/GST, TDS and Payroll statutory compliance.
