Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for visiting residential societies, interacting with society managers, and collecting data on the number of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit residential societies and retail stores to create awareness about services.
- Educate residents about preventive health checkups and home sample collection services.
- Build partnerships with pharmacies, clinics, gyms, wellness centers, and local retail outlets.
- Generate patient inquiries and appointment bookings through field activities.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and patient acquisition targets.
- Maintain proper records of collected data.
- Submit daily reports to the reporting authority.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for appointment scheduling.
- Ensure qualified behavior while representing the company.

Requirements:
- Experience:



0-2 years (Freshers are welcome).
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate preferred.
- Experience in field sales, retail sales, healthcare sales, or direct marketing..
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A bike is mandatory.
- Comfortable with field work and daily travel.
- Basic data collection and reporting skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, insurance, or wellness industry.
- Knowledge of Pune local markets and residential societies.

Compensation
- Competitive salary with attractive performance incentives based on lead generation, bookings, and customer onboarding.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
