Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork:
- Analyze client requirements and select suitable projects
- Write customized, high-quality proposals that convert
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate digital solutions
- Handle lead follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding




- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Maintain records of bids, leads, proposals, and conversions
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets
- Stay updated with Upwork policies, bidding strategies, and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Upwork Bidding Executive:
- Hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Good understanding of digital marketing and IT services (SEO, PPC, Web Development, Automation, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented attitude

Pay: ₹28,844.54 - ₹42,721.38 per month
