Job Title: Shift Coordinator - Data Entry Operations
Location: Bhopal (MP)

Reports To: Project/Operations Manager
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate daily site operations for a workforce of up to 200 staff members.
- Supervise and ensure timely completion of data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Track and report on daily activities, productivity, and performance benchmarks.
- Prepare and maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes, productivity standards, and client requirements.
- Act as a communication bridge between management and on-ground staff for smooth workflow execution.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure adherence to security, confidentiality, and organizational policies related to data handling.
- Manage escalations and resolve workflow challenges during the shift.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Management/IT/Operations).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Data Entry Operations or Workflow Management.
- Prior exposure to Document Management Systems, Scanning, and Digitization projects will be an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of productivity monitoring and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
