Customer Support Executive - Roles & Responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns within the given timeline while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as dispatch, sales, and operations for order-related support and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Provide accurate product, order, delivery, and return-related information to customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain a positive customer experience to improve retention and brand value.
