Job Purpose

To ensure accuracy, compliance, and control over company billing, invoicing, and material movement by conducting regular audits of financial records and material transactions.

Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Financial Audit
- Verify all sales invoices, purchase bills, and service bills raised by the company.
- Check billing accuracy with respect to:
- Approved BOQs, work orders, and purchase orders
- Rates, quantities, taxes (GST), and discounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and GST regulations.
- Identify discrepancies, excess billing, duplicate entries, or missed billing.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Projects, and Stores for corrections.
- Maintain audit reports and submit findings to management.

Material Audit (Incoming & Outgoing)




- Audit material inward entries against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Verify material outward/issue records against site requirements, indent slips, and approvals.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification at stores and project sites.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP/stock registers.
- Identify material shortages, excess consumption, wastage, or pilferage.
- Ensure proper documentation for material returns and transfers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
