Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Chinar Park, Kolkata
Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities1. Telecalling & After-Sales Coordination
- Call existing clients for after-sales follow-up and support.
- Handle B2B customer communication professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for resolutions.
- Maintain regular interaction with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Database Management
- Maintain and update customer call records.
- Manage installation and service-related data systematically.
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Collect customer feedback through regular follow-up calls.
- Identify new customer requirements and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Collect and maintain data of new prospects and potential clients.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Back Office, Telecalling, CRM, or Sales Coordination.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills
- Customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Professional telephone etiquette.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
