Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, outbound calls, and follow-ups.
- Identify customer needs and explain product features and benefits effectively.
- Maintain and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings/demo calls for the sales team when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads for conversion.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in lead generation.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation.
- Experience in product selling via calls preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
