Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to grow our pharmaceutical and surgical distribution business by building solid relationships with chemists, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare providers regularly
- Promote and generate sales for pharmaceutical and surgical products
- Develop new business opportunities and onboard new customers
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, hospital purchase departments, and stockists




- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Ensure product availability and market penetration in assigned territory
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Submit daily field activity and sales reports

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience in pharma, surgical, or medical device sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good local market understanding
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
- Basic smartphone and reporting knowledge
- Existing network with chemists, hospitals, and clinics
