Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries, providing product information and converting leads into sales.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.




- Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, MS Office).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
