Eligibility & Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months of BPO voice experience
- Robust verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in US Voice process preferred
- Versant Score: B2 / C1
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls for the US market
- Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally
- Maintain service quality, compliance, and productivity standards
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Adhere to shift schedules and operational guidelines
Compensation
- CTC up to ₹29,400
Work Schedule
- 5.5 days working
- Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
