Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through various channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
- Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to clients.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing.
- Collect and verify necessary documents from customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

Requirements:
- Experience: 0-2 years in loan sales (Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, or Personal Loans) and From Similar Banks and NBFC
- Education: Graduate (Finance/Marketing preferred).
- Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of loan products, documentation, and banking processes.
- Other: Doing business on self level
