Job Overview:
We are seeking a Security Supervisor (Ex. Serviceman) to oversee all security operations and ensure the safety of customers, employees, and dealership property. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for implementing security protocols, managing security staff, conducting regular patrols, and responding to any security incidents that may arise.

Location:Kota, Baran, Bundi & Jhalawar.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment at the dealership
- Supervise security staff and provide leadership, guidance, and training
- Conduct regular patrols of the dealership premises to identify potential security risks
- Investigate security incidents, gather evidence, and report findings to management
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services if needed
- Oversee access control systems and ensure only authorized individuals are allowed entry
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and daily security activities




- Conduct regular security audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with security regulations
- Respond to any security incidents in a timely and productive manner
- Provide assistance and support to customers and employees in security-related matters

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a security role, preferably in a supervisory capacity as Ex. Serviceman.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and ability to spot potential security risks
- Proficiency in using CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems
- Valid security license or certification
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
