We are hiring an Accounts Associate - Sales to support the growth and engagement of a global community of privacy and data protection professionals.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building long-term professional relationships, and driving membership and event participation within a purpose-led ecosystem.

Role Overview





As an Accounts Associate, you will be responsible for driving membership growth, engaging with prospective and existing members, and supporting key events and initiatives.

You will act as a primary point of contact for professionals joining the community and play a key role in strengthening relationships across the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and manage memberships, events, and community programs
- Clearly explain membership value, benefits, and pricing
- Manage leads and conversations through the membership lifecycle
- Support marketing and outreach campaigns in collaboration with internal teams
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with members and partners
- Identify, onboard, and manage sponsors and donors for flagship events
- Collect member feedback and share insights to improve engagement and offerings
