Society Onboarding: Negotiate with Society AOAs (Apartment Owners Associations) and Facility Managers to allow brand entry, and door-to-door marketing.
- Subscription Growth: Convert residents into daily milk subscribers (Cow/Buffalo milk) through morning/evening door-to-door interactions
- Product Activations: to sell Ghee, Paneer, and Khoya directly to families.
- B2B2C Management: Onboard milk booths or grocery stores located _inside_ the society and premises to buy our products.
- App/Tech Adoption: Assist residents in downloading the company app, setting up their wallets, and managing their daily delivery schedules.
- Service Feedback: Act as the first point of contact for resident complaints regarding delivery timing or product quality to ensure 100% retention.
