Job Title: Collection Executive

Role:
The Collection Executive is responsible for managing customer accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, minimizing overdue accounts, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role supports the finance team in maintaining healthy cash flow and reducing credit risk.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely collection as per company credit policies
- Maintain accurate records of collections and update payment status
- Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for resolution of payment issues
- Address customer queries related to invoices and payments professionally
- Support reporting on collection metrics and overdue accounts

Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or Diploma; Graduate preferred
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or accounting software
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and follow up consistently

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
