Daily Operations: Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Financial Performance: Monitor P&L; statements, control labor costs, manage food waste, and optimize purchasing to meet budget targets.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule employees, fostering a culture of accountability and high service standards.
- Guest Experience: Monitor feedback, handle complaints, and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory & Supplies: Conduct regular inventory counts, audit stock levels, and order supplies while managing vendor relationships.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, including food safety logs. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
