Back Office Support Executive (Australian Shift)

Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic Back Office Support Executives to assist an Australian legal firm. In this role, you will be responsible for handling legal back-office tasks, documentation, data management, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide back-office support to an overseas legal firm
- Handle documentation, data entry, and record management
- Maintain reports and trackers using MS Office tools




- Follow defined processes and quality standards
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work early morning shifts

Experience:
- Immediate joiners preferred

- Australian Shift: 3:30 AM - 11:30 AM (IST)

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹242,000.00 per year
