The role is responsible for providing support to the RFP team within Columbia Threadneedle Investments,



an Ameriprise Financial company. The role is for an experienced person to manage and complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other documents across a broad range of actively managed asset classes, related to a) the growth of new business, b) the maintenance of existing business; to respond to ad hoc requests; to maintain qualitative content; and manage ad hoc team projects, as required.

Responsibilities:
1. Strong experience in institutional RFP writing for active strategies in the asset management industry
2. Proven RFP compilation, editing, proof reading and analytical skills
3. Works to manage RFP / RFI / DDQ questionnaires to ensure timely submission
5. Contribute to the maintenance of content database by updating the tool with accurate information

6. Provide local team leadership by managing, mentoring, and developing team members, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned
