Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging real estate videos, reels, and ad content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
- Design static creatives, banners, thumbnails, and social media posts:
- Create motion posters, animations, and short promotional videos:
- Perform color correction, transitions, effects, captions, and audio enhancements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Required Skills:
- Experience in Video Editing and Graphic Designing:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or) DaVinci Resolve:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop AND Adobe Illustrator:




- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
- Ability to create real estate reels, creatives, and motion posters:
- Good knowledge of AI-based video generation tools AND prompt writing:
- Understanding of social media formats and trends

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of creating ad creatives and performance-based content:
- Strong sense of design, typography, and color theory
- Creative mindset with attention to detail

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor / Graphic Designer:
- A solid portfolio showcasing video edits, graphics, and motion work
