Area(s) of responsibility:
- Lead the automation testing efforts and manage the automation team.
Interact with clients to understand requirements and plan execution strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium/java.
- Review and provide feedback on test scripts developed by the team.
- Solve technical issues and challenges faced by the team during automation.
- Plan and oversee the execution of automated tests to ensure software quality.
- Report progress, test results, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Update and enhance the existing automation framework to improve efficiency

and coverage.




Create and maintain reusable assets for automation to streamline testing

processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of

automation efforts.
- Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation Lead or similar role with a strong focus on

Selenium.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools like ADO and defect tracking systems.
- Robust leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
