Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and manage data from multiple sources to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and trackers as per business requirements.
- Generate performance, sales, and operational reports for management review.
- Identify trends, variances, and gaps in data to provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) for data gathering and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel formulas, macros, or BI tools (if applicable).




- Assist in data audits and ensure data confidentiality and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS/Data Analysis/Reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
- Knowledge of MS Access/SQL/Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
