We Are Hiring - Assistant HR Officer
AGC Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to join our Human Resources team.
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra
Experience: 1-3 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant experience
Industry Preference: Construction / Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Attendance and leave management
- Employee documentation and HRMS updates
Required Skills:
- Positive knowledge of HR operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
