Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Site HR Governance
- Lead complete HR operations for IPP project sites including:
o Manpower planning & mobilization
o Recruitment
o Onboarding & exits
o Attendance, leave & shift governance
o Employee lifecycle management
- Act as the single HR point of contact for site leadership, project heads, and corporate HR.:
- Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks issued by Corporate HR.:
- Maintain HR dashboards & MIS covering headcount, attrition, contractor strength, and compliance metrics.
- 2. Industrial Relations (IR) & Workforce Stability
- Manage industrial relations across sites ensuring peaceful, disruption-free operations.:
- Handle:
o Contract Labour, Local labour issues and disputes
o Disciplinary actions, inquiries, and grievance redressal
- Proactively engage with:
o Local administration
o Labour department officials
o Police authorities (if required)
- Drive employee engagement & communication initiatives at site level to improve morale and retention.

Statutory Compliance & Labour Law Management
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance under applicable central & state labour laws, including but not limited to:
o BOCW Act
o Minimum Wages Act
o PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity
o Inter-State Migrant Workmen Act
- Monitor compliance of contractors and sub-contractors:
o Labour licenses
o Statutory filings
o Wage registers & muster rolls
- Coordinate inspections, audits, and submissions with labour authorities.:
- Maintain compliance documentation and ensure readiness for audits at all times.
4. Contract Labour Management
- Oversee large contract workforce across multiple IPP sites.:
- Ensure:
o Proper onboarding and documentation of contract labour
o Compliance with wage payments and statutory benefits
o Secure and ethical labour practices
- Partner with Procurement & Project teams for vendor compliance governance.:
- Address contractor-related labour risks proactively.
