Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor breadcrumb extrusion machines and related equipment.
- Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and feed rate.
- Ensure continuous production with minimum downtime.
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments when required.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery.
- Follow GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Record production data and report any machine issues to supervisors.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Experience operating food extrusion machinery preferred.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Physically fit and able to work in a production workplace.




- ITI/Diploma/Technical qualification preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in breadcrumbs, snacks, or food processing industry.
- Understanding of HACCP/GMP standards.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
