Role Overview

This role is for a high-energy sales professional who is comfortable with cold calling, pitching, and follow-ups. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting sales closures. This is not a passive calling role—you are expected to drive conversations, influence decisions, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential domestic and international clients
- Pitch company services clearly with a confident and sales-focused tone




- Understand client requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through structured follow-ups
- Handle basic objections and customer queries professionally
- Schedule meetings or hand over qualified leads to the sales team
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up records
- Meet daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals
- Maintain a professional brand image on every call
- Follow internal calling guidelines and reporting discipline

Key Skills (Must-Have)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Confident sales pitch and persuasion ability
- Customer handling and objection management
- Ability to work with targets and pressure
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or lead trackers

Additional Skills (High Advantage)
- Experience in B2B or service-based telesales
- Exposure to CRM tools or call management systems
- Understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification
