Role Overview
We are looking for a QA & Business Analyst who can handle both testing and business analysis responsibilities. This is a combined role — you will gather and document requirements from clients and the product team, and also design and execute test cases to ensure quality before release.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
▸Understand client requirements and business processes and translate them into explicit functional specifications.
▸Document user stories, use cases, process flows, and feature requirements for the development team.
▸Analyse existing product modules and identify gaps, improvements, and new requirements.
▸Structure and document client customisation requests in a development-ready format.
▸Maintain the product backlog and feature request tracker.
Quality Assurance & Testing
▸Design and execute test cases — functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
▸Test new features, bug fixes, and customisation builds before client release.
▸Identify, log, and track defects using the issue tracking system.
▸Perform end-to-end workflow testing across ERP modules.
▸Validate reports, data accuracy, and module integrations.
▸Maintain test documentation — test plans, test cases, results, and defect logs.
▸Support client UAT during implementation and flag issues before go-live.
