Job description -

/n

· Take the “brief” to identify the project’s needs and put together comparative reports and design proposals

/n

· Develop ideas keeping in mind organisation’s needs & building’s usage.

/n

· Create, evaluate and alter designs to meet the organisation’s needs & produce detailed drawings and make any necessary corrections.

/n

· Coordinate with all consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of drawings on site.

/n

· Compile project samples, specifications and selections.

/n

· Make on site visits to check on project status and prepare monthly report on project.

/n





· Follow architectural trends and advancements.

/n

· Robust portfolio to prove aesthetic skills

/n

· Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards

/n

· Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software 2D and 3D (Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Revit)

/n

· Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions

/n

· Visual awareness and an eye for detail

/n

· Communication and project management skills

/n

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

/n
