What you'll do:
- Drive new business across brands, agencies, marketplace sellers, and strategic partners by identifying, pitching, and closing high-value opportunities.
- Build and grow long-term relationships with brand decision-makers, marketing leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Own the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and solutioning to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop tailored partnership strategies across influencer marketing, creator collaborations, affiliate campaigns, brand-performance models, and content-led activations.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Translate client goals into clear campaign recommendations tied to awareness, engagement, acquisition, and revenue outcomes.
- Partner closely with strategy, creator partnerships, campaign management, finance, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.
- Lead client presentations, business reviews, and growth plans with confidence and commercial rigor.
- Use market trends,



competitor activity, campaign insights, and audience data to shape smart, scalable growth opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by bringing a strong point of view on influencer marketing, creator strategy, and brand growth.

What we expect:
- What You’ll Own- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or commercial roles within digital marketing, media, SaaS, adtech, martech, affiliate, or influencer marketing.
- Strong experience selling or managing brand partnerships, influencer marketing, creator campaigns, or performance-led media solutions.
- Proven track record of winning new business and growing client portfolios.
- Robust commercial acumen with the ability to build proposals, structure deals, and manage complex conversations with senior stakeholders.
