As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for an experienced, creative, and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s online growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- 1. Social Media Management (Primary Focus)_
- Strategize, plan, and oversee monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create high-quality posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Engage with followers, improve brand engagement, and grow the community.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize social content accordingly.
- 2. Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)_
- Develop and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create ad creatives and messaging in line with salon services and luxury branding.
- Monitor campaign performance and report weekly ROI metrics.
- 3. Website & SEO Management_




- Oversee content updates on the website (offers, services, banners, blog posts).
- Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Collaborate with developers/designers to enhance user experience (UX).
- 4. Influencer & Partnership Marketing_
- Identify and collaborate with beauty, fashion, and lifestyle influencers.
- Manage partnerships, content approvals, and performance reporting.
- Organize cross-promotions with luxury and lifestyle brands.
- 5. Brand & Creative Direction_
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
- Work with the creative team to conceptualize promotional visuals and videos.
- Ideate and execute campaigns around product/service launches and festive offers.
- 6. Reporting & Strategy_
- Prepare weekly growth and performance reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Propose cutting-edge strategies to enhance brand positioning and salon footfall.
