JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for achieving the targets for Retirement business through annuity along with protection/term plan in the assigned region.



Responsible for executing the business plan by:Reaching out to prospective clients and presenting our products to the targeted audienceClosing sale and following up on issuanceCreating awareness about our products in State and Central Govt departmentsUpdate the sales process and maintaining the feedback of pre-exit database and increase the penetration of counter shareKeen knowledge of protection business and maintaining active sales pipeline for the same. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for implementing the sales plan of the assigned region - Responsible for achieving sales targets from assigned region - Assist in launching & driving Government Annuity Business - Assist in evaluating their needs to help select the best solution - Prepare periodic sales reports Maintain database on Govt. and competitor information - Update the client’s/ call reports accurately and efficiently and any competitor’s information as suggested by Goverment Annuity team Continuously evaluate potential of Annuity Business in the region - Develop specific analysis parameters - Conduct analysis on the potential
