Role Objective

We are looking for a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To succeed in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframing tools. Ultimately, you will create functional and aesthetically pleasing features that address our customers' needs and help us grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand pain points and requirements.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- UI Design: Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets. Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Visual Consistency: Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites/apps function and look.



Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality implementation of designs.
- Testing: Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) based on user testing and data analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio of design projects (Behance, Dribbble, or personal website) is mandatory.
- Design Tools: Mastery of Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of "Mobile-First" design and responsive web design principles.
- Soft Skills: Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, and positive time-management skills.
