International US Voice Process - Telecom Domain

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 to 3+ years of experience in BPO Voice Process mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills required
- Versant score should be 58+

Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US telecom customers
- Resolve customer queries related to services, billing, plans, and technical concerns
- Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining professionalism
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics




- Work collaboratively with team members and support functions

Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts aligned with US business hours

Transportation Facility:
Home pickup and home drop facility available across major Mumbai routes including:
- CST to Kalyan
- Churchgate to Mira Road
- CST to Panvel
