- The FPD Support and Manning Staff is the link between the Manning Offices and the Technical and FPD
- Departments. Handle/Co-ordinate all Paperwork including licenses/Courses/Medical/Contracts for Crew embarkation.

- Checking documents as per checklist.
- Applyingflag state as per vessels.
- Sending travel details to travel department.
- Issuing safety gearsfor joining crew members.
- Updating and checking DG details of each joiners.
- Domesticflight booking for each joiner.
- Updating PJ checklist in paris software.
- Maintaining and sendingreport like monthly joiners, NUSI fees, Sign on/Off, medical list, documents status.
- Fillingvarious visa forms as per requirements and coordinating with visa department for variousqueries.
