We specialize in designing, engineering, and executing large-scale solar projects for Commercial and Industrial (C&I;) clients, driving the transition toward sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions.Job Overview We are seeking a high-performing and driven Business Development Manager (C&I;) with a proven track record of securing high-ticket, Megawatt (MW) scale rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. In this role, you will lead B2B sales initiatives, build relationships with C-level executives, and drive revenue growth across the C&I; sector.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion & Lead Generation: Identify, target, and acquire potential C&I; clients (manufacturing units, industrial parks, commercial complexes, textiles,



auto ancillary, etc.) for captive/open-access solar projects.
- Large-Scale Deal Closure: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value solar projects ranging from 1 MW to multi-Megawatt capacities (CAPEX & OPEX/PPA models).
- Key Account & C-Suite Engagement: Build solid consultative relationships with CXOs, promoters, CFOs, and decision-makers of industrial groups.
- Technical & Commercial Proposals: Collaborate with the pre-sales, engineering, and financial teams to prepare tailored techno-commercial proposals, ROI analyses, and financial models for clients.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations (Power Purchase Agreements, EPC Agreements) ensuring favorable terms, margins, and risk mitigation.
- Regulatory & Market Tracking: Stay updated on state-level solar policies, net-metering regulations, open-access charges, and industry trends to advise clients effectively.
