Job Description: L1 Support Executive - Hospital Information System (HIS)

Location: Vidarbha, Maharashtra (On-site)Experience: 0-2 YearsEmployment Type: Full-time

About the Role
- Serve as the first point of contact for all HIS-related queries from hospital staff (doctors, nurses, receptionists, billing staff, lab technicians, etc.)
- Log, track, and manage support tickets with proper documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to patient registration, OPD/IPD workflows, billing, pharmacy, lab, and other HIS modules
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support with proper analysis notes
- Conduct basic user training and onboarding for new hospital staff
- Maintain a knowledge base of FAQs, known issues, and resolutions
- Coordinate with hospitals for planned maintenance and system updates
- Provide support during critical hours including rotational weekend/holiday coverage

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.Sc. (IT), BCA, B.E. (CS/IT), or any IT-related graduation

Language Requirements (mandatory):
- Marathi - Fluent (spoken & written) — _Must,



as primary communication language with hospital users_
- English - Proficient (spoken & written) — _For documentation, tickets & escalation_
- Hindi - Working knowledge preferred

Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, browsers, and networking
- Familiarity with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data verification (preferred)

Domain Knowledge:
- Understanding of hospital workflows - OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Lab

Soft Skills:
- Strong communication with non-technical healthcare end users
- Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
- Valuable documentation and problem-solving skills
