We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Lead Generator / Social Media Content Creator who understands the retail / B2B / Food & Beverage technology space.

You should have experience creating engaging content for:
- Restaurant POS systems
- Retail POS
- Self-ordering kiosks like Decathlon
- QR ordering
- AI voice ordering
- Restaurant automation
- Retail/F&B; SaaS products

Experience working with companies in Retail / Restaurant tech/ Fintech is a big advantage.

This role is ideal for someone who can independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content that generates engagement and leads.

Responsibilities:
- Create Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, YouTube Shorts, and product demo videos
- Shoot videos of POS systems, kiosks, restaurant workflows, and AI solutions
- Create engaging content around restaurant technology trends
- Visit client locations occasionally for content shoots (if required)
- Handle video editing, subtitles, hooks, transitions, and thumbnails




- Plan monthly social media content calendars
- Convert product features into engaging storytelling content
- Work closely with the product and sales teams
- Create content around:
- POS systems
- Self-ordering kiosks
- QR ordering
- AI voice agents
- Restaurant automation
- Retail tech
- Customer experience innovations

Requirements:
- Prior experience handling social media for SaaS, POS, restaurant-tech, or startup brands
- Robust understanding of Instagram Reels and LinkedIn content
- Good video shooting and editing skills
- Ability to independently create content end-to-end
- Familiarity with tools like:
- CapCut
- Canva
- Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- AI tools for video/content generation
- Understanding of restaurant operations is preferred
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Must be proactive and ownership-driven
