- Outbound calls: Make calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products or services and encourage sales.
- Inbound calls: Answer incoming calls to address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints or issues.
- Sales and lead generation: Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or convert leads into sales.
- Customer relationship management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, update databases, and follow up with leads and existing clients.
- Information gathering: Collect information from customers, conduct surveys, and understand their needs to suggest appropriate solutions.
- Performance and goals: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call targets and achieve sales or engagement goals set by management.

Essential skills and qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication, listening,



and persuasive speaking skills are crucial.
- Interpersonal skills: Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills are needed to build rapport and handle customer interactions effectively.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time management abilities are required to handle calls, data entry, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Resilience: The ability to handle rejection positively and work under pressure is important, as the role can be demanding.
- Product knowledge: A willingness to learn and stay updated on product information and industry trends.
- Technical skills: Basic computer literacy for data entry and the ability to use telecalling software.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
