Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Spoken English and Communication Skills classes for students from diverse backgrounds
- Train students in grammar usage, vocabulary building, pronunciation, and fluency:
- Focus on practical communication, role plays, group discussions, presentations, and interviews
- Identify students’ language gaps and provide personalized feedback
- Prepare lesson plans, study material, and practice worksheets
- Conduct regular assessments and track student progress
- Encourage a supportive and interactive learning environment
- Prepare students for interviews, public speaking, and workplace communication:
- Maintain attendance records and class reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English / Education / any relevant discipline
- Excellent command over spoken and written English:
- Clear pronunciation and neutral accent preferred




- Robust interpersonal and classroom management skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding
- Familiarity with communicative and activity-based teaching methods

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Spoken English / ESL / TEFL / TESOL:
- Prior teaching or training experience in institutes or online platforms
- Experience in training students, job seekers, or working professionals
