About the company:
Transight is one of the largest manufacturers of AIS 140 certified GPS tracking devices in India.

We are looking for fresh graduates (female) from Kochi who liked to start their career in Customer support-Tele calling.

Two Positions:
Tele caller (Malayalam Speaking)

Tele caller (Tamil Speaking)

Work Location: Kalamassery, KINFRA Hi Tech Park, Kochi (Kerala)

Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Share feedback to help improve products and services.
- Educate customers on features and perks of vehicle tracking solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in Malayalam or Tamil
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Must be ready for immediate joining.
- Must be ready to work from our office in Kalamassery.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
