As an Executive - Process, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and
efficient operations within the organization. Your primary focus will be on
handling critical administrative tasks related to payroll, HR management, and
employee onboarding. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention
to detail, and the ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage and process client payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance
with relevant regulations.
* Generate and maintain HR MIS reports, providing valuable insights for
decision-making.
* Conduct thorough onboarding processes for new associates, ensuring a positive
and informative experience.
* Induct and orientate new associates, familiarizing them with company
policies, procedures, and culture.
* Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and
confidentiality.
* Liaise with various teams and departments to gather and share relevant
information for payroll and HR purposes.
* Assist in resolving payroll and HR-related queries and issues, providing
prompt and effective solutions.




* Implement and maintain efficient processes to streamline payroll and HR
operations.
* Stay updated with the latest payroll and HR regulations, ensuring compliance
at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a shared
services or BPO environment.
* Robust knowledge of payroll and HR processes, including relevant laws and
regulations.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
* Proficiency in using MS Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and
reporting.
* Familiarity with HR and payroll software is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
interact with diverse teams.
