We have an immediate requirement for Vice Principal for our prestigious school.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Should be as a team player and excellent problem solver.
- Excellent oratory skills and public speaking.
- Open minded and ready to learn recent academic leadership skills to lead and operate English/ELA Department.
- A hard task master and implementer to understand the whole academic plan under the guidance of the principal.
- Effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all pupils for the whole school.
- Monitoring teacher's performance as well as effectiveness in teaching and
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the programmer to inform future planning and resource needs.
- Developing/monitoring the profile of their Subject within school by identifying possible training needs.
- This may involve workshops,



coordinating the use of outside expertise, leading discussion at school INSET/meetings.
- Who can teach Grade 9 & 10 Standards (English/ELA):
- Maintaining the Subject resources and reading recent, relevant publications liaising with an appropriate on matters relating to the area of responsibility

Required Experience and QualificationsExperience:Applicants must have at least 9+ years of experience as a Vice Principal in CBSE/IGCSE/ICSE school.

Qualification:Any Graduates and Any Post-graduates with an excellent communication skills.

Round 2 : HR - 1

Round 3 : HR - 2

Salary: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
