Job Title: Resort Supervisor (In office)

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

This is a hands-on role with full accountability, suitable for someone who can independently manage operations and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Property Management
- Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction
- Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, service staff, and maintenance teams
- Ensure property upkeep, safety standards, and overall ambience
- Respond to guest queries, calls, and booking requests, and provide courteous in-house customer assistance.
- The role also includes administrative support for the resort.
- Report to Managing Director/Business Operations Manager





Budgeting & Financial Control
- Plan and manage operational budgets efficiently
- Control expenses and reduce wastage without compromising quality
- Monitor daily revenue, costs, and basic financial reporting
- Implement risk-mitigation strategies to prevent losses

Marketing, Sales & Branding
- Actively encourage and execute marketing and sales initiatives
- Work on local promotions, tie-ups, online listings, and branding strategies
- Increase occupancy, event bookings, and walk-in customers
- Support digital marketing activities (Google listings, social media coordination)

Guest Experience & Revenue Growth
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Improve service standards to increase repeat customers
- Introduce ideas to increase revenue (events, packages, experiences)
- The Manager must take full ownership of monthly revenue tracking and ensure that all revenue targets
