Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions clearly
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews:
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for IT roles

Skills & Requirements:
- 3 months to 2 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment:
- Familiarity with IT skills such as Java,.NET, Python, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
- Good understanding of the Indian IT job market:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of ATS and MS Excel is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
